I no longer take insurance, however, I can provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance company, HSA (Health Savings Account), and/or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). You might still be reimbursed by your insurance for seeing me, depending on your plan.

After 25 years of managing insurance billing, I chose to dedicate my time to caring for my clients rather than excessive paperwork.
